I find this product to be an excellent alternative to an expensive medication I previously used. The four-capsule format is much more convenient than the powdered version I previously took. I've taken it for three months annually, and without the kidney strain experienced with the other drug, I appreciate the results I've achieved. I combine it with collagen and omega.
